Athletic conditioning dose not only apply to professional athletes, it applies to anyone with a passion for a particular sport or activity. We aim to strengthen and balance the body so that repetitive use injuries and weaknesses do not occur. Some sports can create a “one-sidedness” in the body which can negatively affect the way in which the body moves. These sessions will be tailor made for the individual body and will take into account fitness levels as well as other training and programing.
Cross training is a vital tool in becoming better at the activity you love whether it be running, cycling, canoeing or dancing. At Studio On Core we enjoy being active and we will are very excited to help athletes and enthusiasts alike.
