Studio On Core offers private one on one Pilates sessions at various times throughout the day.  These sessions allow the instructor to work solely on the individual body and its specific need.  We find these sessions are extremely effective for fast results whether it be pre or post-operative rehabilitation, getting back into a specific activity or just to feel fantastic, toned and stronger.

Each individual session is designed for that specific client and their needs and will slightly different each session to ensure that they are interesting and challenging.
