We offer the following

Private Sessions

The private sessions we offer are individual one on one sessions. We recommend them to everyone who is either starting Pilates for the first time or has a special need or injury.

Group Pilate’s classes

Our groups are generally small compared to the norm, with a maximum of 8 people per class so that every individual can get special attention.

Semi-private classes

The semi-private classes are always a nice idea for couples or friends who enjoy working out together. We have a limit of 2 people per semi-private group.
We do special offers on Trio groups and quad classes.

Athletic conditioning

This can be done in either a semi-private group or as a private session and will help to strengthen muscle groups specific to your sporting requirements. In these sessions we will also work on balancing out the body’s imbalances caused by over use in some areas.

Post operative rehabilitation

Research has shown that the way in which you look after an injury determines how quickly and how well you recover. We offer specific post operative rehabilitation, given by extensively trained professionals. As both partners at the studio have been in the business for a while and are fully qualified they give exceptional care and expertise to every rehabilitative client.

Pre and post natal Pilates

At this exciting time in your life you should not be worrying about exercise guidelines that can be confusing and sometimes conflicting. We follow the very latest in pregnancy guidelines in this regard. These guidelines were set out by professional organizations such as the American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. So come and enjoy a specially designed work out for you and your growing bundle of joy!

Kids Pilates

Most of us can see when a child has bad posture, and most of us can see how backpacks swung over one shoulder are going to worsen the problem, but how many of them are going to listen to you? The trick is to educate your children and get their growing bodies strong and agile from an early age. We offer fun and informative Pilates for children in groups and individual sessions.
